Sri Subramanya Swamy temple , Vishweshwarapuram , Bangalore
Sri Subramanya Swamy temple is one of the oldest and famous temple in the heart of the Bangalore, situated in Sajjan Rao Circle, V V Puram, Bengaluru. The temple attracts lot of devotes through out the year and especially on Tuesdays, Shravana Masa, Shasti and on special occasions like Subramanya Shasti (Skanda Sashti).
Annual festival is held during the Subramanya Shasti where the lord is taken on a procession on a silver chariot.

This place is also famous for the 'Food Street', a hub for every foodie in Bengaluru would like to visit to fulfill their gastronomic cravings. People gather here in thousands during the silver chariot procession to get blessings as well to enjoy the foodie delight in thindi bedi (food street).
